Foreclosures are at an all-time high, it seems, and not only are home owners suffering who want to sell their home, but many investors, banks and real estate agents are suffering due to the economic downswing today.

What do you do with a whole lot of lemons? Turn them into lemonade!

Kenney and I are avid real estate investors, and we use the method of buying REO properties often, as you are able to scoop up properties from the banks at pennies on the dollar in many cases…

Firstly, many of you may not even know what REO means…so, just to be sure:

REO – Real Estate Owned

Simply put, it refers to a piece of property or land that is owned by the bank after being taken back in foreclosure.

It is so very important to do your studying first…Be absolutely certain you are ready, with updated knowledge, and have a plan of attack before you start to try and negotiate with the banks about foreclosed properties. You must realize that banks are extremely picky and fussy about who and how they deal with their foreclosures.

That being said, I found an interesting course online that I “stumbled” an REO Home Study Course called the “REO Renegades Home Study Training Course” that is specifically for Real Estate Agents to learn how to effectively work with banks to resell these foreclosed homes.

This REO Training teaches real estate agents how to and where to ask about becoming a real estate agent able to deal in foreclosures with those banks.

The course is a step-by-step system that teaches agents How to Do REO Bank Owned Properties by listing and then selling them.
